Manhattan · Japanese rice wine
Japanese rice wine,
for the hours after dark.
Every bottle on this list was read and cleared by the people who brewed it. Sweetness and aroma are their judgement — tasted, not calculated. The list runs A to Z, because no one can buy a better place on it.

House rules
Three things we promise
Nothing goes up without consent
Each brewery reads its own listing and clears it. If one changes its mind, the bottle comes down at the next sync. We never keep selling what a brewer asked us to stop showing.
Placement is not for sale
Bottles are sorted by name. "Recommended", "trending", "our picks" — anything money could bend — does not exist here.
The brewer's words, translated but not rewritten
Sweetness, aroma and tasting notes come from the brewery. We translate them and show the original next to ours. We do not embellish.
